Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

Life is a beautiful journey, where every moment is painted with its own colors. Through my art, I strive to capture and share this beauty on canvas.

Story

I was born and brought up in Mumbai and hold a B.F.A. (Bachelor of Fine Arts – Painting) and an A.T.D. (Art Teacher Diploma) from J.J. School of Art, Mumbai.

I am fortunate to reside in Nashik, one of Maharashtra’s most sacred and serene places. This city’s tranquility allows me to embrace both my professional and personal life with joy and gratitude—something I owe to the unwavering support of my life partner, Mr. Rajendra Sinkar

It gives me immense pleasure to express my gratitude. By the grace of God, after completing my formal education in art, I was blessed with the opportunity to serve through my paintings at God’s temple.

One of my most cherished works is a series of 22 paintings based on Yashwant Lilamrut, a sacred text narrating the life of Lord Devmamledar Yashwant Maharaj. This revered scripture, penned by Sadguru Shri Dadamaharaj Ratnaparkhe, is considered a spiritual bible. While creating these paintings, I was not merely imagining but experiencing a divine reality, which infused each piece with profound energy and devotion. These artworks are now enshrined in the temple of Yashwant Maharaj in the holy town of Satana, Nashik district, Maharashtra.

Shri Yashwant Maharaj was a distinguished disciple of Shri Swami Samarth and a spiritual brother (Guru Bandhu) of Shri Sai Baba of Shirdi and Shri Gajanan Maharaj of Shegaon.

Before I fully immersed myself in the vast and beautiful world of art, I first discovered my talent through Rangoli. I used to create vibrant Rangolis on every auspicious occasion. It was through this that my talent was recognized by Mr. Kishore Nandavdekar, a renowned artist, who, along with my parents, encouraged me to pursue formal training at J.J. School of Art.

During my artistic journey, I had the privilege of learning from world-renowned artists such as Padmashree Vasudev Kamath and Mr. Vijay Acharekar, who guided me in the art of sketching and landscape painting. Their mentorship, combined with my dedication, led me to earn a B.F.A. with distinction, along with a diploma in Art Teaching.

I enjoy working with various mediums, including watercolors, oil paints, and acrylics, each of which has its own unique charm and characteristics.

Nature’s beauty is spread all around us. However, to truly capture it, one must train their senses to observe and appreciate its intricate details. Beauty is manifested in countless forms—conches, leaves, flowers, butterflies, birds, animals, the boundless ocean, the ever-changing sky, mesmerizing sunrises and sunsets, rainbows, flowing rivers, and much more. Studying nature is essential to capturing its perfect harmony, simplicity, and diversity in art.

"Eyes are the mirror of the heart. They allow us to deeply observe nature, to reflect on its various forms and colors."

There is immense joy in selecting subjects from nature, as it grants the freedom to experiment with different shapes and colors. These elements influence our emotions, and the interplay of light and shadow creates a captivating visual drama.

Beyond landscapes, portraits, and conceptual paintings, I also find great fulfillment in mural painting. Through murals, we can transform spaces with the beauty of nature, enhancing the atmosphere and evoking a sense of peace and inspiration. A well-crafted painting has the power to connect with viewers on an emotional level—it resonates with them, lingers in their minds, and leaves a lasting impression.

Life is a beautiful journey, where every moment is painted with its own colors. Through my art, I strive to capture and share this beauty on canvas.
